Amazing beach access and fine views.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. I had several cold meals, and the service was slow. The prices were outrageous, especially for drinks, made dining difficult to enjoy.

Location right by restaurants and beach bars and beach clubs. For shots visit Taqueria la Eufemia, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Central location was a plus🙂😃

The staff's kindness stood out during our stay, especially Tania at the front desk. We enjoyed lounging by the lovely swimming pool, which made us forget our planned activities.

Reasonably large room and climate control, a safe box and a sitting area inside. Stunning and lovely location, comfortable area, close to a night club, poppin restaurants/beach clubs/, and amazing beaches. For tea or coffee visit La Taqueria nearby.

It has amazingly nice and accommodating staff members from front desk to waiters...

The Jungle view room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy corner perfect. The beach area was fantastic, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant options with very nice views added to the good experience.

We couldn't use the terrace due to kitchen smells.

I appreciated the vibrant, lush greenery surrounding Kanan Tulum Treehouse, Rooftop, Beach Club & Spa, Adults Only. The rustic elements combined with beautiful wooden structures created a warm, inviting atmosphere that was easily accessible for someone like me.

The room was super clean and had a unique decor that really fit the whole vibe of the place. The comfort level was solid, especially with the beds. I expected a bit more from the space since it felt a little tight for two full beds. Still, the view and atmosphere made up for it.

Noise levels were overwhelming!!! The beach road was like a party strip and made relaxation impossible during the evenings. A roof over the bathroom would have been nice for a bit of privacy!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a little getaway in Tulum with excellent value for money. One friendly staff member went out of their way to help me find a beach spot that had great shade. Make sure to check your bills for any extra charges before you leave.

The atmosphere was unique, with beautiful greenery surrounding the rooms. The beach access was fantastic. Dining at the rooftop restaurant while taking in the stunning views was a highlight of the trip. Although some aspects of service were a bit slow, the friendly staff made sure our overall experience was enjoyable.
